Every journey, directed. Now taking forecourt pilots. Request a pilot

Four moves, one loop.

JourneyIQ sees the car, directs the team, makes the visit pay, and learns from every one. Here is how each move works, and how they fit together on a real forecourt.

The director light

Every bay gets a light. Everyone knows what to do next.

Four colours, one rule: red first, then orange. No waving, no hooting, no one driving off.

Green

Ready. The bay is free for the next car.

Orange

Waiting. A car has arrived and needs an attendant.

Blue

Being served. An attendant is at the pump.

Flashing red

Waiting too long. Past 45 seconds. This bay goes first.

A visit, step by step.

From the moment a car rolls in to the moment the site learns from it. All figures and names here are illustrative.

  1. 1

    Every bay ready

Dawn on the forecourt. Eight bays, every light green. Nothing waiting, nothing guessed.

  2. 2

    A car pulls in

It rolls into Bay 6. A thin scan line crosses the number plate and the bay turns orange. The forecourt already knows.

  3. 3

    Waiting is counted

The clock starts on arrival. Without a signal the wait climbs past two minutes; with one, Bay 6 sits at 0:08.

  4. 4

    Past 45 seconds, flashing red

If anyone waits too long, the bay flashes red. Red goes first, then orange. No waving, no hooting, no one driving off.

  5. 5

    The attendant heads straight there

Finishing at Bay 2, they look up, see Bay 6 glowing orange and walk over. As they arrive it turns blue. Served in 0:31.

  6. 6

    The screen greets the driver

"Welcome back, Thabo." A flat white and croissant offer, then the fuel total and "Confirm & pay". One tap.

  7. 7

    The system learns

Busy hours, slow bays, how every shift performs. Every site you run on one screen.

  8. 8

    Back to green

Shorter waits, more cars an hour, bigger baskets and a new ad line on every pump. Every journey, directed.

From arrival to next best action.

Four moves, one loop. JourneyIQ sees the car, directs the team, makes the visit pay, and learns from every one.

A car pulls in. Your forecourt already knows.

  • Cameras you already run detect every arrival, bay by bay.
  • The number plate is read and the bay turns orange instantly.
  • Every second of waiting is counted, so no car is forgotten.
