2. Figures and results
Figures such as "+10% more vehicles served per peak hour", "18% faster arrival-to-nozzle response", "96% of bays served within 45 seconds" and "70% of South Africa's installed pumps come from the OEM that signed to acquire our predecessor" are presented as in JourneyIQ's investor and dealer materials. They describe what the figures represent in that material, not a promise of results at your site.
Results depend on a site's layout, traffic, staffing, equipment and starting point. The uplift calculator applies a stated percentage to numbers you enter and is an estimate to start a conversation. A pilot is how results are measured on your site.
3. Demonstrations and examples
The bay simulator, dashboards, chat examples, scenarios, timers and screen mock-ups on this site are illustrations. Every driver name, number plate, offer, site name and statistic shown in an example is fictional. The live product may look and behave differently.
4. Imagery
Photographs and illustrations are used to illustrate the forecourt environment. Some are stock photographs and some were generated with artificial intelligence. They do not show JourneyIQ installations unless the caption says so, and no real customer or driver is depicted.
5. Compliance statements
References to POPIA, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, GDPR, the EU AI Act, LGPD and CCPA, and the "aligned" badges shown, describe how we design the product and how we aim to work. They are not a certification, an audit result or legal advice, and they do not mean any regulator has approved JourneyIQ. Your obligations as a forecourt owner or operator depend on how you deploy the product, and your pilot agreement sets out the roles and responsibilities.
6. Brands and third parties
All trademarks, logos and brand names belong to their respective owners. Their appearance, or a reference to dispenser makers and fuel brands, does not mean they endorse JourneyIQ or are affiliated with us. Compatibility statements are confirmed for a specific site in the site survey.
