Ask on WhatsApp
Do I need to replace my pumps?

Usually not. JourneyIQ sits above the pumps and systems you already run, adding lights, cameras and screens around them. We confirm your exact dispensers in the site survey.

Is this surveillance?

No. JourneyIQ is privacy-first and POPIA-aligned. It doesn't crawl plate databases, doesn't keep surveillance records, and loyalty information syncs for the session only. Read more on our Trust & privacy page.

Does it track my attendants?

No. There are no wearables, radios or tracking badges, and no leaderboards. Attendants are directed by the overhead lights alone: they read the forecourt and decide, red first, then orange.

What do the four lights mean?

Green means ready. Orange means a car is waiting. Blue means it's being served. Flashing red means it has been waiting too long, past 45 seconds. See them work on the bay simulator.

What happens in a pilot?

We survey your bays, cameras and dispensers, put director lights on every bay (plus pump-side screens where you want them), and give you a before-and-after report on wait time, cars per peak hour and service level, measured on your site.

What does it cost?

It depends on how many sites and bays you run and which parts you want. We quote after the site survey so the price reflects your forecourt, not an average one.

How long does installation take?

That depends on the site. We confirm timelines after the survey, once we've seen your bays and dispensers.

Can I run it under my own brand?

Oil companies and dealer networks can. That's the idea behind "Your brand. Our intelligence." See our partner page or talk to us about a white-label partnership.

Who is responsible for the data under POPIA?

Your pilot agreement sets out who is the responsible party and who is the operator, what is processed and where. We'll go through it with you before anything is switched on.
